1.-Seafood and Fish Bubble Washing and Cleaning Machine:
The cleaning machine is composed of tank, conveying, bubble wave, high-pressure spraying, filtering, and lifting structure, which is widely used for cleaning and removing impurities such as vegetables, fruits, meat, aquatic products, and medicinal materials.
The main machine is made of high-quality stainless steel. The bubble wave and high-pressure spray use the principle of water impact to make the material roll up and down, left and right, and continuously discharge the material. The sediment and impurities in the material are cleaned. The outlet is equipped with a secondary spray cleaning. The device is equipped with a floating water overflow port on the side of the cleaning tank, and the sediment can be discharged from the sewage outlet to achieve a cleaning effect
2.Application of the Seafood Washing Machine
The Washing Machin Vegetable Washer is widely used in the cleaning of leafy vegetables, berries vegetables, pickled vegetables, fruits, aquatic food etc.
Through the explosion of air and water flow to separate the foreign matter and vegetables. The foreign matter (sand, nails, wire) which has greater density than water will be precipitated at the bottom of the tank and discharged through the sewage outfall. The floating which density less than water (leaves, Impurities, hay, etc.) was filtered and separated by the filter. Finally, Vegetable will be sent out by the conveyor belt after spayed by clean water to complete the cleaning.
