The main part of the vegetable washing machine:

The frame, electric motor, water tank, ozone generator, and other components. 
The machine is all made of stainless steel corrosion resistant material, and it is durable and improves the service life of the machine.


The working principle of the bubble washing cleaning machine:

1) The vegetables that need to be cleaned are put into the water tank, under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong air bubbles, they are entirely dispersed, turned over, washed, and then transferred. 

2) The silt on the surface of the vegetables will fall off and precipitate to the bottom of the tank, discharged from the blowdown valve, prevents the re-pollution. At the same time, the debris and bugs washed down from the vegetables will float on the surface of the water and will be removed by the flowing water.

3) After the vegetables washed by the water flowing and air bubbles, they will also be washed by the sprayed water created by the spray water device, and then lastly carried out by the conveyor belt.

4) Nextly, the washed vegetables are transported onto the vibraton dryer machine, for dewatering process.
