 1. -Machine Introduction

The main function of vacuum packaging machine is removing the oxygen so as to prevent food from deteriorating. Because the mildew of food materials is mainly caused by the activities of microorganisms, and most microorganisms (such as molds and yeasts) need oxygen to survive.

Vacuum packaging machine works with the principle that to pump out the oxygen from the packaging bags, so that microorganisms lose their vitality. 

The results show that:
When the oxygen concentration in the packaging bag is less than 1%, the growth and reproduction rate of microorganisms will drop sharply. When the oxygen concentration is less than 0.5%, most microorganisms will be inhibited and stop breeding. (Vacuum packaging can not inhibit the reproduction of anaerobic bacteria and the deterioration and discoloration of food caused by enzyme reaction, so it should be combined with other auxiliary methods, such as refrigeration, quick freezing, dehydration, high temperature sterilization, irradiation sterilization, microwave sterilization, salting, etc.)

In addition to inhibiting the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, vacuum deoxidation also plays an important role in preventing food oxidation. Due to a large number of unsaturated fatty acids in fatty foods, they are oxidized by oxygen, which makes the food taste and deteriorate. In addition, oxidation also causes the loss of vitamin A and C, and the unstable substances in food pigments become dark by oxygen. Therefore, deoxidation can effectively prevent food deterioration.

Except for the function of deoxidization and quality guarantee, vacuum packing machine also has the functions of compression, gas blocking and preservation, which can effectively keep the original color, aroma, taste, shape and nutritional value of food for a long time.


 

Features:

The double chamber vacuum packaging machine has two working chambers which can be used alternately. 
When one working chamber is vacuumized, the other can be place products in,after the products are finished placing, the vacuum process of the first chamber is completed, so the waiting time is omitted.

The lower worktable of vacuum packaging machine adopts food grade stainless steel which has plain structure, can not only remove the liquid or sundries dripping on the worktable in the working process, but also prevent the corrosion and rust caused by packaging acid, alkali, salt and other items.

All the heating parts on the packingmachine are installed in working chamber, which can avoid short circuit and other faults caused by the influence of packaging materials (especially liquid), and improve the reliability of the whole machine.
