Technological process:
In the food, beverage, pharmaceutical industries, it is required to do water bath sterilization to some of the finished products. The packaged products are placed on the stainless steel conveyor belt and transported into the sterilization tank. Products should be conveied into cooling tank by the mesh belt conveyor and cooled evenly as soon as sterilized by high temperature water. With the continuous operation of the equipment, the sterilized products are sent to the next process.
 


Features:
Pasteurization machine uses the characteristic of non heat-resistant of the pathogen, to kill them with appropriate temperature(lower 100 degree centigrade) and heat preservation time. However, after pasteurization, a small number of harmless, beneficial and heat-resistant bacteria are still retained.
