Product Description
1.- Ginger Processing Plant Fresh Ginger Washing Production Line
Hoisting-Soaking-Rinsing-Hoisting-Dewatering-Sorting-Weighting-Packing
Hoisting:
Transmit and inlet the raw ginger to the next process.
Soaking:
As some ginger has the dried mud on the surface for a long time,this process is necessary,it is pre-washing so as to remove the dirt easy in next step.
Rinsing:
High pressure washing,wash the ginger with high pressure spray water.
Secondly,wash the ginger with rotary washer which can wash the ginger from different directions.
Hoisting:
Transmit the washed ginger to the inlet of the dewatering machine.
Dewatering:
Remove the water on the surface of the ginger with the vibration dryer and cool air dryer.
Sorting:
Make the workers to sort the ginger from the defective ones and convey them to the next process.
Weighting:
Weight the ginger for packing process.
Packing:
The finished ginger into the poly bags and cartons.
