Frying oil filter is widely used for oilf filtering of potato chips,fried chicken,fried bean curd,fried fish,instant noodles,fried nuts,shrimp,and other fried foods.It can improve and delay the aging of edible oil.
Features:
1. Frying oil filter works with negative pressure created by vacuum circumstance to suck the high-temperature frying oil of frying machine into the filter chamber, and then it is sent back to the frying machine after being purified by filter paper.
2. Through filtration, the impurities above 5 μ m and other harmful substances are basically separated, so as to inhibit the increase of acid value of frying oil and the production of peroxide, improve the frying environment, reduce oil consumption and improve product quality.
3. It can effectively filter out the suspended particulate impurities in frying oil, significantly improve the frying environment, inhibit the increase of frying acid value, prevent oxidation, greatly extend the service life of frying oil, and improve the appearance and color quality of fried food.
