The principle of the plastic crate washing machine:
 
This kind of cleaning equipment works with three phase asynchronous motor, when the trays/crates are put on the guide rail, the high pressure sprinkler in the water tank sprays the cleaning fluid, to remove the impurities in the trays/crates, then the impurities fall into the water tank together with the cleaning liquid.
 
The temperature of high-pressure spray water is normally 60ºC.
