1.- Chicken Feet Peeling Cleaning And Blanching Packing Machine
 

1. Blanching

Blanching machine can blanch the chicken feet before the skin peeling process.Blanching time and temperature automatic control, the whole blanching process is safe,efficient and low cost,saves water and energy.
It is made of 304 stainless steel. The mesh belt conveyor is driven by stepless speed motor. The temperature could be adjusted by the PLC control system.  

The machine works with steam or electricity,can pre cook the raw chicken feet for easy to be skin removed.
 

2. Peeling

Chicken feet peeling machine is usually used for removing the yellow skin of chicken feet(claw).The motor drives the swing plate to rotate so can make the chicken claw spiral in the drum and get the peeling result. It is easy to be operated,has high capacity and complete peeling result while does not damage the chicken claws.  
 

3. Washing

The chicken feet that need to be washed are put into the water tank, under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong air bubbles, they are entirely dispersed, turned over, washed, and then transferred to the outlet and re-washed by the sprayed water created by the spray water device, and then lastly discharged by the conveyor belt.
 

4. Dewatering

The vibrating screen can remove most the water on the surface of the chicken paw.
 

5. Packing

Packed in the plastic bags by the packing/sealing machine, then stored into cold room.
