1.-Plastic Basket/Tray washing machine
 
Plastic tray washing machine is suitable for cleaning the transfer box / basket of meat, aquatic products, vegetables
and other food processing enterprises. Conventional two steps for cleaning, hot water, detergent water two phases.
The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, Selects the stainless steel heat pumps. It can replace the traditional
man-powered cleaning, and meet the requirements of different food enterprises to clean turnover box or basket. Its
operation is reliable and stable, easy to install and repair, and has the characteristics of high production efficiency, good
leaning effect, low energy consumption, long service life and so on. In addition, according to the different requirements
the machine can be produced of different specifications of the turnover box (plate) cleaning machine.
The heating type can be steam heating or electric heating according to the customer convince

• The tunnel-type washing machine is applied to food processing industry,distribution center and dispatch center.
• It can wash and disinfect all kinds plastic baskets,circulation boxes,meal trays,refreezing trays as  well as various containers
• for eggs, vegetables and fruits. 
• The percentage of water saving reaches to  60%.The advanced device is more labor-saving and water-saving than
•  the traditional washing by hand.
