1. The vegetable cutting onion chopper machine is mainly used for cutting root vegetables
(potato, carrot, onion,
radish, beet, sweet potato, taro, turnip, chayote etc.) & long shape gourd (eggplant, cucumber etc.)
into slice, ring slice, bias slice, strip (julienne), dice (cube) shape. Cutting size can be changed by
changing different blades.
2. Widely applied to fresh produce wholesaler, food catering industry, foodservice industry, schools
and college canteen, contract cater and related food processing industries etc.
