1.-Tomato Juice Processing Line
Fresh tomato receiving system, cleaning system, sorting system, extraction system, concentration system, disinfection system and aseptic filling system. Then put the ketchup with aseptic bag into the barrel. Tomato paste in aseptic bags in barrels can be further made into tomato paste, sauce, juice, and then put into upright bags, metal cans, PP containers, bottles, etc.
2.-Applications of the processing machine
1. The whole system is reasonably designed and beautiful, stable in operation, efficient and energy-saving, and low in steam consumption.
2. The evaporator is of forced circulation type, which makes the tomato paste with high viscosity easy to flow and evaporate, and the concentration time is short.
3. The evaporator has a low evaporation temperature, and the heat is fully utilized. The tomato paste is heated gently, evenly in the tube, and has a high heat transfer coefficient, which can prevent the "dry wall" phenomenon.
4. The condenser with special structure can operate normally when the cooling water temperature is 30 ºC or higher.
5. Continuous feeding and discharging, liquid level and required concentration can be controlled automatically.

A). Packing: inside plastic bag, outside wooden case(Based on the customers' need adopt the wooden case or
wooden pellets, etc.) for the machine;
B).Transportation: shipping, train, express or upon clients' demands.
