1. -Machine Introduction

Crate washer, also named tray washer, bucket washer, or plate washing machine, for washing and cleaning plastic container and stainless steel plates, mainly in food processing industry such as bakery, meat, poutry, vegetable factory, etc.

The equipment is composed of reducer, water pump, cylinder, bracket, roller, spray pipe, hopper, cover, water tank, valve, drive shaft, motor frame, electric control switch and other components.


The continuous washing process:
The first stage: The hot water + detergent(aqueous alkaline solution).

The second: Hot water, or room temperature water.

Third: Cold water rinsing, to remove the residue of detergent and for deep washing.

Fourth: Cold water rinsing,to deep wash the crates, and also works as fresh water supplement system.

(If washing special baskets/crates/trays,the brush roller is an option for wipe the left and right sides, to improve the cleaning effect.)
