1.-Ginger processing machine introduction
Structure of Automatic Ginger Processing Machine:
This line include feeding machine, ginger washing machine, ginger peeling machine, ginger drying machine and milling
machine.
Feeding machine: Put the ginger to the feeding machine, the ginger will be transported the washing machine.
Ginger washing machine :The reducer turns the transmission shaft through the chain, and then drives the drive chain
on the outer surface of the drum through the power sprocket on the transmission shaft, thus rotating the drum. After the
ginger enter the drum, they are rolled and cleaned under the action of the drum and high-pressure spray water. Moreover,
the hollow screw can delivery the material conveniently and evenly.
Ginger peeling machine:After the ginger cleaning, they will be transported to the peeling machine, through the rotation
of the brush roller and stirring, achieve peeling and continuous discharging.
Ginger drying machine: The ginger can cutting ,It can also be dried directly in the drying machine. Through the conveyor transport the ginger drying.
Ginger milling machine: After the ginger drying, they will leave about 10% moisture, then put the in the milling machine,
they will become powder.
