Features:

1. The coal fryer machine is mainly composed of independent coal-fired furnace, induced draft fan, chimney, frying tank, automatic discharge frying basket and electric control carbinet.

2. Works with the type of inside frying and external burning, frying environment and coal burning are isolated so meets the food hygiene standards.

3. Burning with induced draft combustion can save more coal,the cost is low.

4. The whole combustion system is negative pressure, so that the soot generated in the combustion process is discharged with the smoke through the induced draft fan.
