1. -Machine Introduction

(2) When the product is rolled and kneaded in vacuum, the physical structure of the product is enlarged and soft. The pickling solution is evenly absorbed in the raw meat,improves the elasticity of the meat,and makes the product taste better.

(3) It can effectively ensure the slicing of meat products, prevent the occurrence of cracks during slicing, increase the water retention and improve the yield.

(4) To improve the softness and structural stability of the product, the unique V-shaped teeth can prevent the skin from being damaged in the process of product processing.

(5) According to the product process,you can set the rolling time and rolling style:continuous rolling,intermittent rolling and reverse discharging,all of these are controlled by PLC.
