Basket Type Blanching Machine is made of high quality food grade SUS304 stainless steel, it works with electric heating for blanching and cooking the vegetable products. Temperature could be adjusted according to the products requirements.

Working Principle:

The blanching machine has the characteristics of quick green removal, enzyme inhibition, color protection, dehydration and cooling in time, so as to keep the original natural color of fruits and vegetables. Through this machine, the activity of enzymes in fruits and vegetables is stopped, so as to keep the fresh color of fruits and vegetables, the bad odor of vegetables is removed and the fragrance is retained, at the same time, the softness of cells are improved, the evaporation of water is facilitated, and lay a good foundation for the next process requirements-drying and dehydrating.
