Product Description

1.-Vegetable processing line
Vegetable processing line is mainly used for process leafy vegetables . This machine could be called a bubble washing+drying line or air bubble washing machine+air drying machine. Can be equiped with ozone according to requirements.

It is mainly used to wash & clean vegetables, fruits, aquatic product, such as tomatoes, spinach,celery, cucumber, cabbage, apples, tomatoes, green vegetables, wheat seeding, mango, grapes, and other fruit and vegetable cleaning.

It is a special machine for washing & cleaning food. We can also provide complete fruit and vegetable washing and drying lines.

After the cleaning is completed, the vegetables will pass through a vibrating device to remove the large water droplets after cleaning, and then enter the air-drying device

Drying machine through the continuous tumbling of the mesh belt and the air volume of the upper fan, the moisture on the surface of the vegetables is removed. The mesh belt is made of food-grade stainless steel and runs continuously. The fan is equipped with an air knife, and the air volume is concentrated, and the effect is better,This line can be match with packaging machine.

In addition(About the washing machine):
The speed of the conveyor belt can be controlled by the frequency converter according to the characteristics
of the agricultural product, thereby controlling the time during which the product is washed in the water.

The air bubbles generated by the high-pressure blower can drive the continuous water circulation, so
that the fruits and vegetables floating and immersed in the water can be turned over and washed, and
the continuous water flow can ensure that the product is gently washed, soiled, and the raw materials
are not damaged.

There is a filter tank to concentrate the floating objects in the filter trough. During the washing process,
the sediment of the soil is discharged from the bottom drain.
