Product Description

1.- Ginger Processing Line Washer Cleaning Peeling Cutting Drying Dryer 

The general washing process of ginger:

1) Soaking: If there's lots of mud on the surface of the ginger, it's necessary to put the dirty ginger into the soak tank
for pre-washing, then it wil be more easy to be cleaned in next step.

2) Bubble washing: In this step the mud and impurities on the surface of ginger will be removed completely.

3) High pressure spary washing: In this step the ginger will be removed most of the mud on its surface with the high pressure
water generated by the high pressure spary washer machine.

4) Peeling: Ginger will be peeled to be removed their skin by the brush roller peeler machine.(Optional)

5) Bubble washing: In this step to deep clean the removed skin on the surface of ginger.(Optional)

6) Dewatering: Processed by the cold air blow dewatering machine.

7) Packing: The washed/peeled ginger will be packed into the poly bags.

Other optional process:
Cutting the ginger into slices- By ginger cutting machine.
Drying the ginger slices into dried ginger- By hot air ginger drying  machine.
Grinding the dried ginger slices into ginger powder- By ginger grinding machine.
