1.-600mm Belt Width With Filtration System Continuous Frying Machine
Continuous batch fryer machine adopts the electric or NPG gas heating system, which is safe
and hygienic. The heating pipes are installed into the heat conducting oil, do not contact with
food directly nor need to be cleaned.
The cooking oil absorbs the energy of the conducting oil to raise its temperature, so as to avoid
the high speed heating and causes the rapid aging.
The batch fryer is equipped with a scraping system, which can continuously transfer the oil
residues produced in the frying process from the bottom of the oil tank.
The anti floating wire mesh belt is equipped on the top of the master mesh wire belt to prevent
the product from floating in the frying machine and ensure the frying effect.
