Multifunctional ginger grinding machine is for processing ginger and other hard, dry materials into fine powder. Featured of
easy operation, a wide range of processable materials, good grinding effect, low noise & smooth working, etc., ginger
grinding machine has been kept in service long for food processing industry, pharmaceutical plant and chemical market.

Please note: when processing ginger powder, the raw ginger could be dried by hot air drying oven before ground by
multi-function ginger grinder in order to achieve a better fluidity of powder and prevent grinder's screen from being blocked.

Features:

will produce high wind pressure which fastens grinding rate and reduces deposition & blockage in mesh screen.

The main structure is the crushing device which installed above the inlet hopper.

There is four groups running a knife and one group stationary knife.Running knife cut the fruit by rotating with axis to 2-5mm piece and then into the spiral juicing part directly to make juice. The crushing part takes the function of improving the juice rate.

The main structure of the juicer is the helix, the helix diameter is bigger and bigger and the screw pitch is less and less small near the dreg hopper. While the material impelled by a helix, as the pressure existing, the material which after crushing gets broken. The direction of the helix is clockwise as the arrow direction.

Add the material from the inlet hopper and press by the helix. The juice then flows to the collection tank at the bottom and dreg expel from the outlet on the right. When the gar decrease and the dregs rate will reduce.But when the volume of the gar is too small, granular of dregs will be extruded through the filter with juice. So the magnitude of the gar depends on the demand of clients cleaned on technology.
