The potato chips machine line is an advanced snack food processing equipment. It integrates

There're four types of produciton lines classified by the output(kgs/hour), small output capacity needs smaller area and lower cost, and normally semi-autmatic. Bigger output capacity

The factors affecting the oil content of potato chips: 

1. The higher the density, the lower the moisture content of potato chips before frying, and the potato chips after frying.The lower the oil content. It is proved that the moisture content of potato slices can be reduced by 25% and the oil content of fried potato chips can be reduced by 6-8%.

2. The thinner the chips, the higher the oil content.

3. The higher the oil temperature, the lower the oil content of potato chips. With the increase of oil temperature, the density and viscosity of oil decrease, and the oil storage per unit space also decreases.

4. Different types of frying oil will also affect the oil content of potato chips.

5. In a certain period of time, the longer the frying time, the higher the oil content of potato chips.
