1. -Machine Introduction

The equipment is composed of reducer, water pump, cylinder, bracket, roller, spray pipe, hopper, cover, water tank, valve, drive shaft, motor frame, electric control switch and other components.


The continuous washing process:
The first step: The turnover baskets/crates/trays which need to be cleaned are filled in the washing machine.

The second step: Adding aqueous alkaline solution, hot water, room temperature water into the machine in order to wash the baskets/crates/trays clearly.

Additionally, if washing special baskets/crates/trays, the machine can be added with a brush to clean the bottom, the left and right sides, improve the cleaning effect.
