This energy-saving series full fluidized monomer fast freezing device is an improved rapid freezing device developed on the basis of the common full fluidized monomer fast freezing device with small floor area, large output, energy saving, beautiful appearance and other characteristics, is an advanced performance of the product.
1. The unique design method with baffle plates on both sides of the conveyor belt eliminates the leakage phenomenon of common products;
2. The inlet end adopts the air guide device to guide the wind direction, reduce the cooling loss, and avoid the phenomenon of running cooling;
3, fan motors are all external type, do not consume the cooling capacity of the quick-freezing machine, beautiful and generous, easy to maintain, can not affect the normal production of the equipment under the circumstances of maintenance.
The full frequency conversion speed regulation reduces the cooling capacity of the device by nearly 30% compared with other quick-freezing machines, saves energy and improves the cooling speed of the device.
4. The fan adopts a high-pressure double-suction centrifugal fan, one of which is equivalent to two ordinary centrifugal fans. The fan's total pressure is 1300Pa and the air volume is 21000 m /h.
5. The evaporator is made of advanced and efficient anti-rust aluminum tube aluminum sheet (LF21) and stainless steel frame, with high heat exchange efficiency, fast cooling and energy saving.
The finned tube group adopts advanced dilatation and stamping technology, and the evaporator is arranged symmetrically in the quick-freezing machine, so that the material can be frozen evenly and quickly.
6. Common floor structure, integrated or modular assembly delivery, users do not need to make the floor, ordinary workshop floor can save users costs.
After the equipment is in place, users only need to connect the power supply, cold source and defrosting water to produce, shortening the equipment installation period;
7. The material is transported forward with the cold air suspended like wave at low temperature (-37ºC) in the special air duct. In addition, the device is equipped with multiple rubbing pulse vibration mechanisms to ensure the monomer rate of the product is 100%;
8. The fan and conveyor belt of the device adopt full frequency conversion and stepless speed change, so that the frozen products of the device are extensive and the freezing time can be adjusted to ensure the material is fully frozen;
9. The inlet and outlet of the equipment adopts double scraper device to make the transmission clean and clean.
Water cleaning device is adopted at the feed end, which shorens the cleaning and frosting time of the equipment.
10. The equipment is provided with a dedicated maintenance and cleaning channel, and there is no sanitary dead space;
11. The device does not need pre-cooling equipment and has the functions of pre-cooling, surface freezing and deep freezing.
The phenomenon of two-stage leakage and material damage due to drop difference is eliminated, and the perfection rate of frozen products is guaranteed.
12. The whole device is made of stainless steel except the motor, reducer, common bottom flat and electrical components.
