1. -Machine Introduction

Air Drying Machine is suitable for cooling, drying of food after washing or blanching, and before packaging and sterilization processes.

The vegetable or other materials are fed in the machine entrence driven by the mesh belt conveyor, turnover repeatedly, then their surface achieve the wind uniformity, the water on the material surface is removed in a short period of time by the high pressure blower, this process makes the materials are easy for the next step of storage of deep processing.




Features:

1)Frying machine is suitable for continuous food production with high output. 

2)The products are layered between upper and lower mesh belt so as to avoid 
floating when they are fried in frying oil.

3)The transmission system of the frying machine is designed as frequency 
stepless speed regulation, this can help the operator to control the frying 
time freely.

to be cleaned more easily.

5)Automatic scraping system can continuously take away the oil residue produced
