Product Description

The equipment has a bubble generating device, so that can make the materials to be kept tumbling state, removal residues on the surface of materials, can also adding some amount of pharmacy  for disinfected fixing. The machine has advantages of high cleanliness, energy saving, water saving and convenient operation.


Operating of the Automatic Ozone Bubble Washer Machine:

1) Clean the water tank and fill into the water till the water overflow from overfall gap.
(2) Start the motor of the mesh conveyor belt so that make the belt running properly on the correct direction.
(3)Turn on the vortex pump and inject the air into the water of the tank to make the water in the tank rolling.
(4) Open the sprinkler valve to make the water sprinkled on the mesh belt evenly.
(5) Check the cleaning of the materials,you can clean them from the step 1 repeatedly.
